Toward that end, ParSecurity will fully program the system to the customer’s initial requirements and test its functionality. Customers receive training on the system operation such that they are capable of both operating the system correctly and changing the operating parameters as needed.
ParSecurity warrants the quality of its installation services and provides ongoing telephone technical customer assistance for one year following completion and hand-off the system. The company will also access the system and generate custom video segments of alarm events that may be requested by the police to support criminal investigations and prosecution.
