Here’s how it works.

Establishing the Perimeter

Each home or building has unique attributes. We conduct a site visit and identify a safe distance from the structure within which we can identify an intruder and capture their image on video. Typically, our motion sensors and video cameras support a distance of 100 feet.

Position and Install the Equipment

We select locations on the structure where we can position the sensors and cameras to ensure 100% coverage of the area. We then install the equipment as well as the central control box.

Enabling 24×7 Monitoring

We provide real-time, 24×7 monitoring through USA Central Station. Once the surveillance system is armed, the Central Station is notified when the motion sensor is activated. The agent them pulls up the video feed from the property and identifies the intruder. Customer determine what happens next. Typically, if the intruder is an expected visitor (mail or delivery person during normal work hours) no call is made. Otherwise, the agent will contact the customer and describe the situation seen on the video feed and ask what action should be taken (e.g. call the police).
